Ombre dress with 3D leaves motif


May I introduce you ombre dress with 3D leaves motives.












 I used  3 ply yarn   (50%cotton, 50% acrylic)  from kokonki motki ombre  and hook no 3.   First skein was ombre 1200 meters and second one 500 meters - emerald colour.
 I started my work  with following pattern  -   with 11 motifs (3 motives for back & arms and 4 motives for front, made in  round from the top.   I started with small emerald skein  and I  used it till the end of leaves motives in round.   Next   I left  the rest  of emerald skein for sleeves.   My motif is made  all by front double crochet.  My dress is XL size as you can see on my picture :) . I followed the diagram bellow.









The body part is  made also in round .  The down motives inspiration pattern you can see bellow,  but also  all double crochet is changed to front double crochet and between leaves are made more foundation chains ( 1 or two more).

 I like this 3D effect with front double crotchet and colours changing.

Sukienka w liście w jesiennych kolorach.

Wykorzystana włóczka to 3-nitkowy kokonek 50% bawełna/50% akryl numer  591    zakupiony na  kokonki.pl .   Jesienne kolory urzekły mnie od pierwszego wejrzenia, mimo iż to zupełnie nie moja gama kolorystyczna. Dlatego też czekał dosyć długo na swoją kolej. Nie wiedziałam co z niego zrobię, pewna byłam tylko tego, że "w liście".  Chusta nie pasowałaby mi do niczego, zresztą tu gdzie mieszkam chusty to raczej niekoniecznie przez 90% roku.  Moje myśli krążyły wokół kiecki jednak.  Przeszukałam internet  szukając wzorów robionych na okrągło, od góry i dosyć ażurowych, takich by ładnie wzór układał się na figurze i był wyraźnie widoczny na podszewce.  Kokonek, który miałam miał 1100 metrów. Orzech/cegła/rdza/koniak/pomarańcz/żółty.  Do niego miałam dodatkowo  250 metrów orzecha, kupionego w wyniku własnego, wcześniejszego gapiostwa (zamiast zamówić motek jednego koloru opłaciłam motek wielokolorowy, na co zwróciły mi ...
